Popup windows not displayed under CDA Release Automation tab

Issue/Introduction

Unable to click (or) use Automic CDA components using  Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome randomly, this issue prevents users from accessing the CDA Applications via browser and impacts operational activities such as application configuration and administration.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch the URL in Edge or Chrome
2. Go to “Release Automation” tab
3. Click “Create” in Applications or Workflows tab 
4. Nothing happens  (no window popup)
