Issue/Introduction

• When deploying VCF components (such as vIDB) using VCF Operations Lifecycle Manager, a Certificate Signing Request (CSR) is generated via the certificate management tool (FM).
• Although the Country Code (C) attribute (e.g., US) is explicitly defined in the CSR configuration, the property is missing from the Subject of the final generated/signed certificate.

Cause

This has been working as designed, also There is no functional impact.
