autosys <command file not found> error code 20007

Issue/Introduction

Issue/Problem/Symptoms: 

When submitting a job to a Windows machine, we see following error message in autosyslog 

FAILURE dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss <Command file not found>

 

Environment:  

System Agent 11.3.x on Windows

 

Cause: 

The system agent is unable to locate the file that needs to be executed.

 

Resolution/Workaround:

Following parameter needs to be set in 'agentparm.txt' file located in the install directory of the system agent.

oscomponent.lookupcommand=true

 

Additional Information:

true/false needs to be defined in lowercase. It can not be in uppercase and/or combination of lower and uppercase.
