Error: Could not read: Object not found for Object ID: Null during ConnectALL Rally to Jira Automation

Issue/Introduction

When running a ConnectALL automation between Rally and Jira, the synchronization fails with an error indicating a null Object ID reference.

Symptoms
The following error appears in the ConnectALL Activity Monitor or logs:

ERROR com.go2group.connectall.adapter.rally.base.RallyBaseAdapter: [Could not read: Object not found for Object ID: null]

Cause

This issue is caused by a product defect where the integration fails to correctly reference the Rally Object ID during the synchronization process.

Resolution

Fixed in release 4.2.2 and higher. See Download Broadcom products and software for steps to download this release.
