The XNET started task joblog states the following error message: 
XNET MSG ERROR: xntTCP011I TCP/IP HPNS INITAPI complete -  retcode(-1) errno(1011)

What is the cause of this problem condition?

Resolution

The errno(1011) from the TCP/IP INITAPI process is due to an incorrect or unavailable TCP/IP stack name being referenced by XNET.
