Got error GIM65902E when applying LU01423 for JCLCHECK

Issue/Introduction

While doing apply check for LU01423, got following error

APPLY CHECK returned errors like below:
 GIM65902E ** MODULE CAZ1NABE IS NEEDED TO BUILD THE FOLLOWING LOAD MODULES FOR SYSMOD LU01423 BUT CAN NOT BE USED. ITS DISTRIBUTION ZONE RMID CAZ1C00 IS DIFFERENT FROM THE TARGET ZONE RMID RO93319, AND SYSMOD RO93319 WHICH LAST REPLACED THE MODULE IS NOT IN THE SMPPTS.

Resolution

The issue was identified as a standard SMP/E environment synchronization error. Here are two resolutions based on IBM documentation:

#1 Receive with Bypass: The customer was advised to RECEIVE the missing SYSMOD (RO93319) into the Global zone and SMPPTS using the BYPASS(APPLYCHECK) operand.

#2 Zone Synchronization: Synchronize the target and distribution zones using the ACCEPT or RESTORE commands to ensure SMP/E can locate a usable copy of the module.
