JDBC Driver File .......\XCOM\lib is not valid with CA XCOM Data Transport 11.6 SP1

Issue/Introduction

When I try to upgrade XCOM for Windows 11.6 15050 to SP01 I receive this error in log: 

Found the occurrence of key and the key value pair is TRUST_DATABASE_TYPE=DB2
File D:\CA\XCOM\lib is invalid
Specified JDBC Driver File D:\CA\XCOM\lib is not valid
File D:\CA\XCOM\lib is invalid
Specified JDBC Driver License File D:\CA\XCOM\lib is not valid
Failed to Connect to DSN xcomhist. Return Code:43
No Success return code on existing ETPKI removal action. Failed with return code:1
No Success return code on UpgradeDB action. Failed with return code:43 

 I don't use databases.  I chose all the defaults.

Resolution

Error 43 can be safely ignored if you are not using history database.
