Issue/Introduction

When using the Oracle OCI agent with Automic Automation Engine, users find that they can only execute integrations located in the root folder. Any attempt to run an integration from a sub-folder (e.g., a "Project" folder) fails or the folders are not visible to the agent.

Environment

  • Product: Automic Automation
  • Component: Oracle OCI Agent (Integration)
  • Version: 24.x and below

Cause

The standard Oracle OCI agent integration lacked the functionality to traverse or access application ranges outside of the root directory. This limitation was tracked under development defect DE203311

Resolution

This will be fixed in Oracle OCI Agent 24.0.1
