To resolve this issue, perform the steps mentioned below:
1. Use the admin user account or a user assigned to the Administrator role to log into VCF Operations product UI from where content needs to be exported.
2. In the VCF Operations navigation bar at the top, click Operate and in the left navigation pane, click Administration > Control Panel, and then click the Content Management tile.
3. In the Export tab, select the content and configurations that needs to be exported.
4. Click Export to create a backup. The system compresses the content into one ZIP file. After the export is complete, the Download ZIP file link is available in the Export tab.
5. Click the Download ZIP file link to download the backup content.
Note: The ZIP file generated by a certain user will not overwrite that of another user, that is, if User A generates the ZIP file after User B, the latter's ZIP file will not be overwritten.
6. Log into VCF Operations instance where custom content needs to be imported.
7. In the VCF Operations navigation bar at the top, click Operate and in the left navigation pane, click Administration > Control Panel, and then click the Content Management tile.
8. Click the Import tab and then, click Browse to select the downloaded ZIP file with the exported content.
9. If there is a conflict while importing the content, select to either Overwrite existing content or Skip item(s).
10. For content types with sensitive information, enter the password that you had set while exporting the content.
11. Click Import.
After performing the above mentioned steps, the import should succeed.
