Missing filters on Multicloud Spend resource type policy

Issue/Introduction

There are no filters displayed when creating a policy on multicloud spend:

Resolution

This can happen if the multicloud report cost is significantly delayed. If the report does not update after 24-48 hours then open a support ticket to further investigate.
