How to find UIM CU download page

Issue/Introduction

The download page has been moved for easier customer use.

Environment

UIM 23.4 and above

Resolution

Go to Broadcom Support Page. 
Log into the page

Click on Downloads on the left menu section

In the search field type "unified"

You should be at the UIM download page.

Select Solutions

 

Select the upgrade option.

Select 23.4

select the CU version

 

You will now be at the actual CU page.

 

 

Additional Information

Before you start please review this KB and open a case with support to have your upgrade plan reviewed. Then a week before the upgrade, please open a hot site request.
Please read all the instruction on both download pages, you will need to download both the UIM files and the OC files.
