ASM JMeter monitors failing on some public stations

Issue/Introduction
We are getting alerts for a few of our JMeter monitors and we think this is a JMX error as the others are working. We are seeing it work intermittently
Resolution
Monitors are now working. The public stations were in a process of being upgraded to use JMeter 5.
Going forward, please use JMeter 5 for any new scripts or updating current scripts as we are deprecating JMeter 2 and 4.
