Tasks Fail to Filter by Assigned Resources and Additional Criteria in MUX Canvas

Issue/Introduction

In MUX, all tasks display irrespective of filter criteria when you apply the Assigned Resources filter alongside an additional filter like percent complete․​​​​

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to MUX - Administration
2. Blueprints - Create a Page
3. Modules - Add New Canvas
4. Configure New Canvas - Enable Tasks
5. Go to Pages - Create a Page 
6. Use newly created blueprint(Page)
7. Click on New Canvas
8. Click on Tasks - Configure
9. Filters - Add the Assigned Resources field to the filter and add 1 more filter (Example - % Complete)

Expected Results: Only the tasks where the filter criteria is matched should show.

Actual Results: All the tasks are showing up, irrespective of the filter criteria.

NOTE: 

1) When applying filters on the Configure page, the data displays correctly. However, after clicking 'Done' and returning to the Tasks view, the data no longer reflects the applied filters.
2) If only Assigned Resource filter is applied it filters the correct data.
