Database creation workflow fails with error '"binding" not found' for Namespace created by VCFA Quick Start wizard

Issue/Introduction

The VCF Automation (VCFA) Quick Start wizard is used to create a default project and default Tenant Org Namespace. 
When this default Namespace is chosen as consumable for DSM, the Tenant Org will throw '"binding" not found' as seen in the screenshot below:

Environment

VMware Data Services Manager 9.1

Cause

DSM fails to create a corresponding namespace for VCFA-issued namespace due to character limit. As a result such Namespace cannot be used to deploy databases.

Resolution

Currently there is no resolution. 
Fix is underway and will become available in a future release. 

NOTE: Tenant Organizations, Projects and Namespaces created outside VCF Automation (VCFA) Quick Start wizard are not affected. Users are advised to use the regular workflow until a fix is available.
