VIDB adapter instance collection status is Stopped from VCF ops 9.1

Issue/Introduction

In VCF ops UI, 
Operate -> Administration -> Control Panel -> Collection Status, you could see the vidb adapter instance's collection status is in 'Stopped'

Environment

VCF 9.1

Cause

This is by design.

It's a dummy adapter resource for VIDB for management purpose.

There is no actual adapter. The VIM adapter manages it.

Resolution

This shouldn't impact any functionality
