VMware Live Site Recovery Test Failover Fails with SRDF SRA Error "A valid CopyInfo block could not be found"

Issue/Introduction
VMware Live Site Recovery test failover fails after the synchronize storage stage. The user interface displays the following error: "Failed to create snapshots of replica devices. An error occurred while performing testfailover start operation. Please check EmcSrdfSra log file for more information on the error. Failed to create snapshot of replica device".
In the Recovery Plan history you will also see the following failure on the devices "SRA command 'testFailoverStart' failed"
The EmcSrdfSra log on the recovery site /opt/vmware/support/logs/srm/SRAs/SRAs/sha256_##################### during the testFailoverStart operation reveals entries similar to: "A valid CopyInfo block could not be found in the options file that has Symm ####. [Error]: One or more input RDF devices are missing from the device pair list within the options file".

Cause
The issue occurs when the AutoTargetDeviceReuse flag in the EmcSrdfSraGlobalOptions.xml file is set to yes. When this flag is enabled, all R2 devices and their corresponding replica targets are must be defined in the EmcSrdfSraTestFailoverConfig.xml file. The test failover fails because a required device is missing from this configuration file.
Resolution
- Access the SRM/Live Site Recovery server.
- Locate the EmcSrdfSraTestFailoverConfig.xml file.
- Add the missing R2 devices and their corresponding replica targets identified in the SRA logs.
- Save the file and retry the test failover.
