How to create a Service Subscriptions report in Email Security.cloud

Issue/Introduction

The Service Subscriptions report includes information (in CSV format) about all of your subscriptions. The report lists customer name, account reference, serial number, status, Portfolio License Agreement, type, product name, start and end dates, quantity, and site ID. Resellers can also filter the report contents to include a subset of this information.

Resolution

To create a Service Subscriptions report :

• Navigate to Dashboard > Reports > Report Requests and click Request a new report to display the first page of the Reports Wizard.
• In the Request name field, enter a name for your report request and click Continue.
• On the Select Data page, locate Core Email Reports > Service Summary, and select the box to the left of Service Subscriptions. Optionally, you can click the funnel icon to filter the data to include in your report.
• Click Continue.
• On the Reporting Period page, specify the time zone and date range for your report. You can also optionally choose Schedule to run the report at a specified time in the future.
• Click Continue.
• On the Delivery page, specify the mode of delivery, password-protection, and language for your report.
• Click Continue.
• On the Confirm Request page, review your request, and then click Submit Request.
