This document describes the steps to set up security questions for portal access in Email Security.cloud

Resolution

The first time that you log in to the portal you are redirected to an authentication server to set up your profile. Once you are successfully authenticated, the system redirects you back to the portal.

1. To set up your security questions:
2. When you are redirected to the authentication server, enter your user name and password.
3. The first time that you log in using the authentication server, it prompts you to set up your security information.

• • Enter your email address (optional).
  • Select three security questions from the list. Your answers to the questions must be between 3 and 50 character long.
