When attempting to test a TLS connection for a specific business partner domain, the system fails and returns a generic error message:"An unexpected error occurred. Please try again."
This error is typically caused by corrupted or outdated local browser caching, or an underlying service disruption on the portal's backend.
In most cases, the portal data cached in your browser is conflicting with the active session.
Clear your browser's history, cookies, and cached images/files.
Alternatively, open a Private / Incognito window and try to run the TLS test again.
If the error persists after clearing your cache, the issue may require backend investigation.
