GCP Flex Report: Project Name Appears Blank for Reallocated Costs

Issue/Introduction

Under the Flex report, the "Project Name" field is blank for certain Line Items , even though the project names are correctly mapped to project IDs under Setup > GCP Project.

Resolution

This behavior is expected when the "Disable GCP Non-Project Cost Reallocation" setting is turned off (meaning cost reallocation is active).

When the application reallocates non-project costs across your other projects, the backend process currently populates only the Project ID for these new, reallocated rows. Because the system does not dynamically pull the Project Name during this specific reallocation process, those line items will display as blank in the Flex Report by design.
