Does CA Client Automation 14.5 need License file for using the product?

In Old versions 12.x , we used to have ca.olf file for using the product with limited number of machines based on granted license count in ca.olf file.
Starting in Version R12.8 of Client Automation licensing of the product itself has been dropped and only the contracted product license agreement with CA Technologies is considered.
Starting with Client Automation 12.8 the formal license file check has been superseded by model where product usage is based on having a valid license and maintenance agreement with CA Technologies. You no longer have to add the license file when installing or upgrading any version from 14.0 to 14.5 .
Telemetry capability is now integrated with the CA Client Automation installer to collect and report CA Client Automation product license consumption metrics.
Client Automation administrators must enable and configure Telemetry Services using the CA Client Automation installer. Perform the following steps mentioned in below documentation link:
