Operator Console BI Dashboard link fails to open in DX UIM

Issue/Introduction

After performing a rollback from Cumulative Update 6 (CU6) to Cumulative Update 4 (CU4), the Operator Console (OC) menu continues to display CU6 elements, and the BI Dashboard link fails to open the expected page.

• The Operator Console menu shows options or versions from CU6 despite being rolled back to CU4.
  
  
• Clicking the BI Dashboard link redirects to the homepage instead of the dashboard portlet.
  
  
• The dashboard portlet is accessible only via a direct URL.

Environment

DX UIM 23.4 CU4 / CU6

Cause

This issue typically occurs due to a database schema mismatch where the database remains at the CU6 level while the application components have been rolled back to CU4.

Resolution

1. Workaround: Access the BI Dashboard directly using the following URL: https://####/operatorconsole_portlet/dashboard
   
   
2. Permanent Fix:
   
   
   • Verify the current database schema version.
   • If a mismatch is confirmed, restore the database to the backup taken prior to the CU6 upgrade.
   • Alternatively, re-deploy the ump_operatorconsole probe on the OC robot to ensure all local files match the CU4 version.
   • Clear the browser cache and the work folder on the OC robot.
