Issue/Introduction

Configure the Email Security.cloud Email Impersonation Control (EIC) settings to allow specific trusted envelope sender domains, email addresses, or IP addresses to bypass impersonation checks.

Resolution

  1. Log in to the Email Security.cloud ClientNet console.

  2. Navigate to Services > Email Impersonation Control.

  3. Locate the Approved Senders section.

  4. Click Edit (or Add), and enter the specific IP addresses, Sender Domains, or Sender Email Addresses you wish to exempt.

  5. Click Save (or Save and Deploy) to apply the changes:
