Issue/Introduction

Problem:

U7SVC execution gets message CA-7.U7SVC-01 UNABLE TO LOAD ICMDSECT

Cause:

 Client had a STEPLIB to a user library that contained an old (3.2) version of U7SVC. 

Resolution:

Client removed the program from STEPLIB and U7SVC ran with no problem.
