Issue/Introduction

While reading the SiteMinder documentation on User Provisioning at the Relying Party, the CA Federation Manager .NET SDK is mentioned as an integration option (1).

Where can the CA Federation Manager .NET SDK be downloaded?

The goal is to implement user provisioning at the Service Provider (SP) in a SAML flow using the open-cookie format.

Cause

The .NET SDK was a legacy package that was part of the CA SiteMinder Federation Manager product. This component has been discontinued and is no longer available for download.

Resolution

Since the .NET SDK is no longer available, submit an Enhancement Request (Idea) to request that Broadcom reconsider making it available again (2).
