Using BSTCOPY to copy a member from a temporary PDS is failing with S013 abend.

Issue/Introduction

Problem:

A BMS map compile place a copybook into a temporary dataset. The next step copies the member to a permanent  copy library using BSTCOPY. The step is failing with the error:C1G0140S ENDEVOR - C1GP2000 ABENDED CODE=S013, C1A0010E ALLOCATION ERROR RC=0420-0000, DDNAME=SYSIN, C1A0011E IKJ5686 FILE SYSIN NOT ALLOCATED.  JES is reporting the error: IEC141I 013-20,IGG0191A,####,jobname,SYSOPRINT,####,####,###

Solution:

The is caused by incorrect DCB information on the SYSPRINT ddname on BSTCOPY. The suggested values are RECFM=VBA, LRECL=121, BLKSIZE=125.  

Additional Information:

This appears to be happening after upgrade to release 18.0

Also, the Endevor allocation messages note the incorrect ddname.
