Issue/Introduction

When external users access the Secure Email Portal (Secure Inbox) and click "Reply-All" on a received message, some recipients (To or CC) are omitted from the reply. The reply may only include the original sender or a subset of the intended recipients.

Resolution

This issue is resolved in PGP Encryption Cloud Server version 11.5.2 and later.

If you are using a managed service, please verify with your administrator that the portal has been updated to this version.
