Unable to see modify message icon in email incidents where the header was modified

Issue/Introduction

After using the drop folder to replay an .eml message, the incident does not contain the modify message icon even though the header was modified by a response rule.

Resolution

You can modify the below Advanced server setting to allow for this.

IncidentDetection.TrialMode

Default = false

Set to - true
