How to set up VIP Credential ID for Email Quarantine portal users in Email Security.cloud

Issue/Introduction

When you set up a two factor authentication for Email quarantine portal, all of your portal users must enter a VIP Credential ID, in addition to the username and password, to log in to the portal. 

Only one set of credentials per user is permitted. You cannot use different credentials (for example, VIP for Mobile and VIP Security Token) for a single user.

Resolution

To set up your own VIP credential after enabling two factor authnetication :

•  Login to the Email Quarantine portal, you have to use either https://eu.quarantine.symantec.com/  or https://us.quarantine.symantec.com/  depending on where your account is provisioned with the service.
• Then you will be prompted with below screen.
• Enter the Credential ID and Security Code.
• Post this your VIP credential is created for your Email quarantine account.
