UIM Primary to HA is not working.

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to move nimbus service from the primary to the HA server. During this process, we found that the data engine probe is not starting, and several other probes are down. 

Environment

UIM 23.4.4

HA 20.50

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

== Run the below query and Data_engine Id

select * from tbn_de_controller 

== Open the Data_engine.cfg and changed the Data_engine id to 2 on HA Server

== Deactivated distrv  probe

== Deactivated Data_engine probe

== Activated distrv probe

== Activated the Data_engine probe
