Parent service overview gives error : An error occurred retrieving the requested service.

Issue/Introduction

When accessing the Service Overview within DXO2, the application fails to load data for Parent services, displaying the following error message:

"An error occurred retrieving the requested service."

While the data for Child services displays correctly, the Parent service remains inaccessible.

This issue is being addressed through scheduled product updates. Refer to the appropriate resolution path for your environment:

SaaS Customers: The fix for this issue is included in the 26.7.1 release. 

On-Premise Customers: The fix is currently scheduled for inclusion in the 26.2 On-Premise release.
