Issue/Introduction

vSphere Lifecycle Manager remediation fails when attempting to remediate hosts to ESX 9.1.0

• Multiple hosts report "Compliance results unavailable." or "Host not compatible with image."

• vCenter Server is at 9.1.0.0100

• ESX hosts are currently at 9.0.0.0 and contain Cisco-UCS-Addon-ESXi 9.0.0-a

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 9.1

VMware ESX 9.1

Cause

Cisco has not released a vendor add-on for VCF 9.1.0

Resolution

After the Cisco Addon for ESX 9.1.0.0 is available it can be added to the Lifecycle Manager depot and image for remediation.
