eEM JawsAdministrator User Unable to Disconnect Other Active Sessions

Issue/Introduction

An Embedded Entitlements Manager (eEM) user granted full JawsAdministrator privileges is unable to disconnect other active user sessions within the interface.

 

 

• Expected Behavior: A user with administrator rights (JawsAdministrator) should have the necessary permissions to terminate or disconnect other active user sessions for maintenance or security purposes.

• Actual Behavior: The option to disconnect other users is greyed out for the eEM users, preventing them from terminating active sessions.

 

Environment

 

• Product: Automation Analytics & Intelligence (AAI)

• Version: 24.x

 

Cause

This behavior is due to a known product defect tracked under ID: DE200882.

 

Resolution

A resolution for this defect is tentatively planned for inclusion in a future release:

• Target Release: AAI version 26.0.0
