Client Machine Not Loading Ad Hoc View from JasperReports

Issue/Introduction
An ad-hoc view is not loading in JasperReports from a client machine.
Only a gray box loads where the data should be:
The view loads correctly when accessing the view directly from the JasperReports server
Environment
JasperReports 9.0.0
Cause
User lacks correct permission to view this report.
Its possible user is trying to access the view with a different user on the Server and Client machines.
Resolution
If this issue is observed, ensure the view is being accessed by the same user that can successfully access the view.
Ensure the user has the following permissions to the temp folder:
To verify this setting:
Navigate to View > Repository > Folders > root > Right click on Temp > Permissions... > View by: Role
The ROLE_USER setting should be configured to Read + Write + Delete
