Can't attach ISO images from any catalog to VM regardless of power state in VMware Cloud Director

Issue/Introduction

• When attempting to attach a catalog media item to a VM, regardless of power state, an error with the following occurs:
  
  (com.vmware.vcloud.entity.media:########-####-####-####-############) is not supported in the current state
  
  
• When navigating to the catalog in question and selecting Media, the status on the item shows the following:
  
  Creation Failed
  
  
• The media item does not exist in the underlying datastore.

Environment

VMware Cloud Director 10.6.x

Cause

The creation of the catalog item did not complete successfully and is unavailable for use.

Resolution

Delete the failed catalog item and recreate it.
