Unable to deploy cloud-managed DLP endpoint

Issue/Introduction

DLP Endpoint option is showing up in Enterprise Console but not available in CloudSOC. When go into Enterprise Console > DLP Endpoint > Agent Packaging, get the following error:

CDS for DLPEndpoint Entitlement is missing. Please contact your administrator for more information.

Environment

CloudSOC 3.191

Resolution

Please verify if you have the entitlements required for Cloud-managed Endpoint. 

• DLP-CDS-ENDPOINT-SUB

You should also have an entitlement for the Endpoint Prevent.

• DLP-EP-SUB
• DLP-CORE-SUB
