PAM-UTL-0110- Failed to update Utility Group Cluster <cluster_name>when creating a UA group.

Issue/Introduction

When adding the Utility Appliances to the Utility Appliance Group you get this error :

PAM-UTL-0110- Failed to update Utility Group Cluster <cluster_name> because the following number(s) are not ready yet. <name1><ip_1> <name2><ip_2>. Please try again later.

Environment

The PAM version currently installed is PAM 4.2.0.826, The Utility Appliance OVA that was deployed is named "Privileged Access Manager Utility Appliance r4.3.ova"

Cause

There is a mismatch of UA version regarding the current PAM

Resolution

Installing and deploying the correct ova in acordance with the PAM Version fixes the problem.
