Issue/Introduction

When an email is placed into the Symantec Email Security.cloud quarantine, administrators or end-users have the option to release the message to the intended recipient.

This article addresses whether the original external sender can be automatically notified when a message they sent is released from the quarantine.

Resolution

Symantec Email Security.cloud does not support sending automated notifications to external senders when their quarantined messages are released.
