Issue/Introduction
Wish to monitor a single Outlook email inbox (tracking unread or total emails) using the Microsoft 365 extension on APMIA.
The standard documentation requests the tenant-wide permissions shown below. However, our InfoSec team will not approve these because they grant read access across the entire Azure tenant.
Could you please confirm if there is an alternative configuration or permission set that allows APMIA to monitor only one specific mailbox instead of the whole tenant?

Resolution
This cannot done directly in the product. If you wish today, please review the MMS Graph API.
Otherwise, please submit an er.
Additional Information
Currently we support aggregated endpoints for reports and services which requires the tenant level permission. But doing thisT can't monitor the end user mailboxes.
