• In VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) Operations under Fleet Management > Identity & Access > Identity Source page has following error message:
  
  An error occurred while trying to get the Directories. Please try again later.


• VCF Identity Broker Cluster has been implemented.

Environment

VMware Cloud Foundation Operations 9.0

Cause

The PostgreSQL cluster shows no leader pod was elected, and the database PVC is full causing VIDB services failure.
