Prevent Resource allocation to Other Work types

Issue/Introduction

• A system has Other Work type investments in it
• Navigate rights to Other Work is not provided
• However view rights to Other Work is provided (Other Work - View - All)
• Following Resource access rights are provided:
  • Resource - Navigate
  • Resource - View - All
  • Resource - Soft Book - All
• It is now observed that it is possible from this account to make an allocation to an Other Work via Classic UI > Home > Resources > Specific Resource > Allocations tab
• Is it possible to prevent this from happening?

It is not possible to prevent this from happening in this scenario.
