To configure notifications for deployment failures, follow these steps in the present tense:

1. Navigate to VCF Operations and install the VCF Automation All Apps adapter.

2. Integrate the adapter to establish data collection from your VCF Automation environment.

3. Review the available out-of-the-box alerts within VCF Operations to identify which alert matches your specific database deployment failure criteria.
