FTP job ends normally with only 'Job started' in report - IG FTP Agent

Issue/Introduction

This article addresses an issue in the Integration FTP Agent where jobs may finish with a status of 'Ended Normally', but no file transfer occurs. The job report contains only the single line: Started FTP job.

A problem has been fixed the prevent the IG FTP transfer files properly.
