MUX Reporting - Bubble chart not honoring Period settings

Issue/Introduction

When using Bubble chart widget in MUX reporting, the dimensions are not respecting Per Period Metric settings. 
If you select "Sum of Period" in Per Period setting at report level, the Bubble chart still show values for Grand total.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Create a Financially enabled Project with Start / Finish dates: 1-Jan-2026 - 31-Dec-2026
2. Create a Task with same duration
3. Allocate a financial enabled Resource to the Project and also assign to the Task
4. Create a Cost Plan and Populate from the Project Allocation
5. Submit the Cost Plan for Approval and Approve to create a Budget
6. Run 'Load Data Warehouse' and 'Load Data Warehouse Access Rights' jobs
7. Navigate to Modern UX Reporting. Make a copy of 'Investment' data provider and filter 
8. Create a new Report Designer. Add widgets 'Bubble Chart' and 'Table' to the report.
9. For the Bubble Chart, set X-dimension to 'Planned Cost', 'Y-dimension' to 'Budget Cost'. Set Metric to 'Sum' of 'Actual Cost'
10. For Table Widget, and the following columns, 'Investment Name', ('Per-Period Metric' - 'Actual Cost', 'Budget Cost', Planned Cost')
11. In the Report Designer, Filter for only the Project created in step 1 above to display. In the Period section, set 'Number of Periods' to value 2 (only 2 months data)

Expected:

The 'Cost Plan' and 'Budget Plan' Totals displayed on both Table Widget and Bubble Chart would be limited to filtered period in this case 2 months

Actual:

The 'Cost Plan' and 'Budget Plan' Totals displayed on both Bubble Chart Widget ignores the filtering of data to 2 month instead display value for entire duration of the Investment.
