"Depot returned authentication/authorization failure. Expected HTTP status 200 but received 403" when attempting to set VCF Operations Software Depot to Connected mode

Issue/Introduction

• Connected mode configured prior to upgrade to VCF 9.1.0.0 on VCF Operations UI > Build > Software Depot
• Post upgrade to 9.1.0.0 it goes into Disconnected mode
• Attempting to return it to Connected mode again results in error - 

Depot returned authentication/authorization failure. Expected HTTP status 200 but received 403

Environment

VCF 9.1.0.0

Cause

Software depot ID  / activation code mismatch under >

> VCF Operations UI > Build > Software Depot

Resolution

• Review the VCF Business Services Console (https://vcf.broadcom.com) to identify the correct activation code to use with the corresponding software depot ID, under "Software Depot Registration"
• Once the correct activation code is entered on the VCF Operations UI > > Build > Software Depot > Connected Mode, the depot is expected to again be able to be set up in connected mode.
