Issue/Introduction

This article outlines the procedure to generate a support bundle in VCF Operations. Support bundles are required for troubleshooting diagnostic issues or submitting data to Support for health checks.

Environment

• VCF Operations 9.0.x
• VCF Operations 9.1.x

Resolution

1. Login to the VCF Operations UI.
2. Navigate to Operate → Administration → Control Panel.
3. Click Support Bundles.
4. Click ADD.
5. Select the bundle type: Light support bundle or Full support bundle.
6. Select the nodes to include in the cluster.
7. Click OK.

Note: Generation time depends on the size of the logs and the number of nodes included.
