Issue/Introduction

Process to generate support bundle for VCF Operations

Environment

VCF 9.0.x

VCF 9.1.x

Resolution

• In the menu, click 

  Administration

  Control Panel

  , and then click the 

  Support Bundles

   tile.
• Click 

  ADD

  .
• Select the option to create a 

  Light support bundle

   or 

  Full support bundle

  .
• Select the cluster nodes that need to be evaluated for support.

  Only logs from the selected nodes are included in the support bundle.
• Click 

  OK

  , and click 

  OK

   to confirm support bundle creation.

   

  Note: Depending on the size of the logs and number of nodes, it might take time for

  VCF Operations

   to create the support bundle.
