Issue/Introduction

Adding additional VIP under Operate > Administration > Configurations > Log Collection > Integrated Load Balancer option for Log Management in VCF Operations 9.1 fails with Error "The VMSP operation (Create or Delete) failed".

• The VIP addition task times out after 45minutes.
• Adding a VIP triggers a Helm upgrade which invokes the volume-resizer pre-configuration hook causing Package Deployment to fall in Failed state and Helm Release in an Unknown state.
