Issue/Introduction

APM Infrastructure Azure filtering on frontend and backend IP addresses required improved dimension handling.

Environment

• DX Operational Observability (DX O2)
• DX SaaS
• DX Application Performance Management

Cause

The issue is related to product limitation # DE674148

Resolution

Dimension support has been enhanced, and an additional metric has been added for deeper visibility.

New Metric Added: Health Probe Status (Per Frontend & Backend) 

This metric provides granular health visibility by reporting the health score of each backend server, broken down by:

·       Frontend listener (IP and port)

·       Backend server (IP and port)

This enhancement allows you to view individual backend health instead of a single aggregated health score for the entire load balancer.
