Job dependencies do not appear within the Workload Control Center (WCC) UI for specific jobs or across the entire console.
This typically impacts the Monitoring and QuickView tabs where dependency lines or status information normally display.
This issue occurs when the WCC Collector service fails to synchronize properly with the AutoSys Application Server or when the WCC UI cache becomes stale following an environmental change or network interruption.
Restart the WCC services to re-establish the connection and refresh the job dependency data:
unisrvcntr stop CA-wcc (Linux/Unix)If the issue persists, verify that the Application Server host and Web Services URL are correctly defined in WCC Configuration.
